I’m Ash Kwak Lukashevsky — a visual artist born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. I’m currently living between Tongva (Los Angeles) and Kānaka Maoli land (Hawaii).

I use illustration and visual art to express myself, and as a tool to strengthen social movements for our collective liberation. I think that in order to tear down harmful systems, we need to be able to envision a world beyond them. I’m trying to draw what that world looks like.

While I take on mainstream projects, I also love to work alongside grassroots organizers to visualize campaigns and draw more people into the movement and do that work on a sliding scale basis. If this is you, feel free to reach out.
